The Indigenous Creative Stage Workers Alliance is a registered 501c3 organization headquartered in Portland Oregon. ICSWA covers 14 regions across Turtle Island and beyond. ICSWA’s board and advisory committee are committed to representation within The Arts and entertainment industry.

ICSWA provides its members with valuable services, opportunities, and advocacy. We are Indigenous/Native led and organized, providing assistance as needed to creative professionals and bts crew from all walks of life.

Centered in Indigeneity, ICSWA is 95% led and organized by member volunteers. Community is our center, and we exist because of this connection. Our regions, programs, services, board, and advisory committee are ALL provided for by member volunteer hours. Membership is paid for not with money, but by time invested. There is a 15 hour minimum annual commitment to be an ICSWA member in good standing. Gratefully, most members dedicate upwards of 20 hours of volunteer time a year. We stand in our own power as we support each others goals.
